The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) require that lifting equipment, which includes fork lift trucks and material handling equipment provided for use at work, is subject to ongoing thorough examination and, where appropriate, inspection is to be undertaken by qualified engineers.

We have highly trained workers who undertake these thorough examinations. We offer a quality and cost effective examination service, from checking the condition of the forks to measuring the length of the load chains. All relevant components on the equipment are rigorously and accurately examined with specialist test equipment, and all results and inspections are recorded on the detailed Thorough Examination Test Certificate. If required, we will provide recommendations for remedial works to be carried out.
